Wonder Woman

I've been wearing my cuff bracelet all week, I put it on whenever I need to feel like Wonder Woman. Jewelry can have that effect, can't it? It can give the wearer an extra dose of inner calm, strength, a reminder that we are not alone in the world but connected to many others.

My mom taught me how to bead embroider a few years ago. Mine is on the left, her design is on the right. It's fun to see how different the same beads behave under the direction of two artists.

Feeling a little better today. We packed up a major pile of orders. Maybe it was the bracelet! Now, if only I could find my invisible jet.

Wow, these are fabulous!!! Wish I had the skills to produce these! I completely get the wonder woman reference though. For me, if I have a meeting to attend with a high level executive, I always make sure to wear my most blingy 2xab 6mm woven bracelet! It does work!! Have a great day! I absolutely cannot do that sort of beadwork. It's so incredible, but I have no talent for it! I loooove the cuffs, with all the different sizes and textures of beads!

These are beautiful, Heather. You're talented just like your Mom! Oh I'm so jealous hearing all those details about your trip! New Orleans...that was the last trip I went on alone with my husband (and that was four years ago!). Please enjoy a beignet for me!

OMG I love the cuffs. I admire people who do beadwork. I try and fail..but I'll keep trying.

So you have an assistant?
So you are not just a bead queen, you're a successful one.
Love your work.
