(insert funny caption here.)
I just wasn't witty enough to come up with a funny caption for this image, but there seems to be a story here. Leave a caption for this photo in the comments. I'll draw one random winner on Saturday for a free
Winter Dove Bead. Yep, they are new.
The little house sculpture is about 3" tall, I wish I could remember the artist's name. We picked it up at an art fair a few years ago.

Just a lovely little house and birds...nice photo as well!
"Yes, it's a bit small, but remember - location, location, location!" (I don't know if this counts as witty, but it's the first thing I thought of when I saw the photo. By the way, I followed your link from Twitter this time.)
"Have you heard? Winter's coming"
Those Winter Dove beads are precious Heather.
"I'm Pregnant."
"Whaaa?"
lol it's the only thing I could think of. Cutie birds.
"Your place or mine?"
Darling beads and wonderful photograph, Heather!
Come on in.... coffee's on!
The picture and birds are so beautiful they are almost beyond words.
When I saw this, the first thing I thought was: "Meet me 'round back."
"Let me tell you something Alice, these Rhode Island winters are ruining my skin. Dry and flakey, dry and flakey! Where's that Mary Kay lady when I need her."
Cute birdies, Heather!
Oh how fun! Here is what I think they are saying:
"Can you believe she is flying south this winter with Harold?!!?!?"
"You're too obsessed with Twitter! All you ever do is tweet!"
That Harold comment had me ROTFL! Beautiful work as usual :)
"Care to come in for a night cap?" Wink! I am LOVING your birds! Super cute!
Did they REALLY think we could fit into that tiny hole??
Hey Rockie...watch me pull a rabbit out of my hat.
ok I will stop.
If the box is rockin' don't bother knockin'.
I love the doves!
The doves are so cute!
"Is the door supposed to be that small?"
"Okay, we may have misplaced a decimal point when we were building the house. But think of it more as a feature--it'll be a great talking point!"
"How you know when it's time to call Jenny Craig"
Heather- I love your work!
Here was my first reaction...
"Want to come in and see my twig collection?" (wink, wink)
Such happy little birds!

"Pssst... I hear Heather's thinking of making C-A-T beads!!"
"OMG How will we protect the kids?!!"
"dude, how are we supposed to fit inside this tiny door?"
And then there is this old one:
"Birds of a feather, flock together".
"How did you know?" "A little bird told me!"

you guys have had me laughing all day. Keep them coming!!!
No honey I told you the door had to be 1x1!
"Hi there! Would you like to come in out of the cold?"
The little bird said to the other bird. I think we better get out of here before she trades us in for a squirrel *gasp* or for a hedgehog!
Hedgehogs? We don't need no stinkin' hedgeshogs!
But I will take one of those there tree rats that are so gosh darn cute!
i love your birdy beads!!
i know its cliche but...
"your place or mine!!"
"Hurry up and give me my goodnight kiss before my Dad turns on the porch light!"
Hey Heather!
I believe the artist of that little house is Mary Fischer of Dripping Springs Texas. She was my ceramic teacher at one time. I own one too! Is there a signature or logo on the bottom?
Those little doves are so lovely. We don't use the word lovely enough. I'd like to thank the English for the word lovely.
Trying to get a hold of you.
