Willow Challenge Winner

The winner for my first Inspired By Nature Challenge is The Beading Yogini

The winner was chosen by random from the all the entries.

Cece Cormier combined wire wrapping, lampwork, macrame, sewing and painting skills to create this necklace inspired by willows.  I'm a little stunned - what an amazing piece.

Cece won one of my Round Willow Pendants

The next challenge will be up soon!

Congrats, Cece! I really like the creative combo of techniques and materials in the necklace. It's an unusual and interesting necklace with a good balance.

And the other entries are very nice too. I'm still feeling a tad bad about never getting around to finishing my challenge entry as I really liked the theme (unexpected company and the beads had to be put aside). But now it's a new week with a new change and new possibilities.
